1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing wy2.bet, creating a player account, or placing any wager on the wy2 Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. This acceptance is effective upon your first access to the Platform, whether or not you complete the registration process.

wy2 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated via the email address associated with your account and posted on the Platform with a revised effective date. Your continued use of wy2 following any such modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with the wy2 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2Eligibility & Age Requirement

To be eligible to register and use the wy2 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are a natural person, not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are physically located within the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawfully permitted.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of wy2 or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been excluded from the wy2 Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You are not accessing the Platform in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

wy2 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residency at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3Account Registration

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the wy2 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances held across all associated accounts.

When registering your wy2 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid Philippine mobile number.
• Maintain and promptly update your registration information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential. You accept full responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.
• Notify wy2 immediately via the support channel if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Not permit any third party to access or use your account.

wy2 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any existing account at its sole discretion, including where we believe a violation of this Agreement has occurred or is suspected.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the wy2 Platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). wy2 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, and InstaPay-enabled bank transfers.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 via GCash and PayMaya; ₱500 via bank transfer.
• GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your wy2 wallet instantly upon successful payment confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits are credited within one (1) to two (2) business hours, subject to the processing schedule of the originating bank.
• wy2 does not charge deposit fees. Third-party provider fees (if any) are the player's responsibility.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱500. Maximum single withdrawal: ₱500,000.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, where technically feasible, as an anti-money-laundering control.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes of approval during operating hours.
• wy2 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation prior to processing any withdrawal.
• Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement is satisfied.
• wy2 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation where fraud, collusion, or violation of these terms is suspected.

5Bonuses & Promotions

wy2 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be used for professional or systematic gambling strategies, including but not limited to matched betting or arbitrage.
• Each bonus offer will specify an applicable wagering requirement (rollover). Bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully satisfied.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period specified for each bonus. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
• wy2 reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or reclaim any bonus where it believes the player has breached these terms, engaged in bonus abuse, or where technical or human error has resulted in an incorrect bonus being issued.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• wy2 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

6Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the wy2 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing procedures conducted under certified studio conditions. wy2 and its game providers are independently audited for fairness and compliance.

• Return-to-Player (RTP) rates for all wy2 games are disclosed in each game's information panel.
• In the event of a technical failure during gameplay — including disconnection, server error, or browser crash — wy2's server logs constitute the authoritative record for resolving disputes. Incomplete games may be replayed, cancelled, or settled based on the last verified game state, at wy2's discretion.
• wy2 reserves the right to void any bet or game round that has been affected by a technical error, software malfunction, or obvious error (e.g., a slot awarding a jackpot due to a display error).
• Any bet placed using funds obtained through fraud, unauthorized payment methods, or in violation of these terms will be voided and the relevant funds forfeited.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wy2 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Accessing wy2 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform for gaming or financial advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any integrated game.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinating bets in multiplayer games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering, or using the Platform to process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Operating multiple accounts or creating accounts on behalf of third parties.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing wy2 staff, support agents, or other players.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including systematic exploitation of promotional terms.
• Circumventing self-exclusion or cool-off measures by creating new accounts.

8Responsible Gaming

wy2 is committed to responsible gaming and provides the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum net loss you can incur within a specified period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic reminders when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours to 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your wy2 account. During self-exclusion, wy2 will make reasonable efforts to prevent the creation of new accounts by the same individual.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the wy2 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, text, logos, trade names, trademarks, and the "wy2" brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of wy2 or its licensed providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, or exploit any content from the wy2 Platform without express prior written consent from wy2.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, wy2 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including losses resulting from technical failures, downtime, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Any actions or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other service providers integrated into the Platform.
• Losses arising from your voluntary gambling activity on the Platform.

Nothing in this Agreement limits wy2's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by wy2's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

11Privacy & Data Protection

wy2 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal information is governed by the wy2 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

By registering on wy2, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, fraud prevention, AMLA compliance, and account management purposes.

12Amendments to These Terms

wy2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, wy2 will notify registered players via their registered email address no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Non-material clarifications or corrections may be made without prior notice. The current version of this Agreement, with its effective date, will always be accessible on the Platform. Your continued use of wy2 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — or its breach, termination, or validity — shall first be referred to wy2's internal dispute resolution process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through wy2's internal process within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms, as applicable. You waive any right to bring claims against wy2 in any jurisdiction other than the Philippines.
